Position Summary

The Sr. Aerospace Sales Coordinator and Portal Administrator will play a key role in supporting Lourdes Industries' sales products, policies, and internal procedures. This role requires strong knowledge of sales processes, government, and commercial procurement portals. The ideal candidate must be proficient in working with Microsoft Office/Google Suite, and Adobe Acrobat. Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and know sales-related administrative tasks. Tasks include but are not limited to data entry, file maintenance, data research, and being able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, while ensuring communication with customers and vendors in support of the company’s objectives.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to remain in a stationary position for a long period of time when working on a computer.
• High level of finger and hand dexterity required to operate computers, tablets, and phones.
• Must also be able to move more quickly, when necessary, in a fast-paced environment.

              Salary Range: $70,000-75,000 per year

Position Summary

The Facility Porter’s main function is to maintain a clean, safe, and operational facility by performing janitorial duties, moving materials/supplies, performing minor maintenance, supporting the overall operations environment, and maintaining cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and workspaces. Must manage trash/recycling, assist with deliveries, and set up and break down materials. As a Driver, responsible for transporting product from one local location to another.

Physical Requirements:

• Must have physical stamina and good upper body strength to lift, pull, and push up to 80lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for most of the workday.
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, or snow.
• High level of hand-eye coordination to safely drive the company vehicle.

             Salary Range: $20.00-$25.00 hourly

Position Summary

The Solderer is responsible for joining metal components and mechanical/electronic parts using soldering techniques. The role focuses on producing strong, precise, and reliable connections to all technical drawings. This position requires understanding blueprints and applying flux. Must ensure compliance with AS9100.

Physical Requirements:

• May involve sitting for long periods of time.

             Salary Range: $23.00-$28.00 hourly

Position Summary

The Mechanical Inspector Sr. will be responsible for inspecting and assessing part conformity in a manufacturing environment. The Inspector will need to ensure products meet the established quality standards, work instructions, and engineering drawings. The Inspector will also need to perform visual and dimensional inspections of detail parts, assemblies, and finished parts.

Physical Requirements:

• Normal or correct vision for reading, depth perception, and color recognition.
• Ability to lift, push, or carry inspection parts up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand or sit for most of your workday.

             Salary Range: $28.00-$30.00 hourly

Position Summary

Assembles wire harnesses, cables, and mechanical assemblies utilizing process and work instructions. Reads and interprets assembly drawings, parts lists, operation sheets, manufacturing procedures, and visual aids. Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality. Displays the ability to use hand tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, nut-drivers, power drivers, etc. Performs visual and dimensional inspections for in-process assemblies and finished products. Routes, wires, and assembles electronic components using wire layout boards.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing and sitting for extended periods of time. 
• Repetitive movements of the hands,wrists, and arms. 
• Lifting to 25lbs.

             Salary Range: $18.00-$23.00 hourly
