Ensures the proper shipment of and receipt of product by performing transactions in the ERP
system, generating shipping related paperwork (BOL, etc.) and associated inventory transactions.
Job is a mix of both clerical work and physical labor in a manufacturing environment. Works
under the supervision of the Shipping/Receiving Supervisor. Coordinates with various
departments to determine scheduled shipment dates and assists in design of packaging
requirements, prepares packing lists, and ensures all shipping documentation is correct. Familiar
with various freight carriers and their computer software system to create shipping labels. Ensures
all material is received, properly identified, inspects for damage, and distributed in a timely
manner. Ability to handle all computer inventory transactions in ERP system. Excellent
interpersonal communication skills. Maintains a positive work environment by professional and
courteous conduct and communications with others, including supervisors, co-workers, clients,
and vendors. Salary Starting at $20.00 p/h.
Aerospace manufacturing environment experience. Responsible for monitoring and inspecting
cables and wire harnesses in a manufacturing environment to ensure product meets established
quality standards and assembly drawings/work instructions. Performs visual and dimensional
inspection for assemblies and finished products. Inspects products to J-STD001 and IPC-620
requirements as well as other MIL specs that are applicable. Familiarity with commercial
standards, military standards, ISO standards, AS standards, etc.. Salary $18 +
Aerospace manufacturing environment experience. Ability to read and interpret complex
machining and fabrication/assembly drawings. Will need to inspect production parts and
components for conformance to company, customer and industry standard requirements.
Knowledge of AS9100 requirements. Familiar with QC inspection equipment such as calipers,
optical comparators, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators, pin gauges, thread gauges, etc.
Ability to inspect to commercial standards, military standards, ISO standards, AS standards, etc.
Salary range: $25 +
Aerospace manufacturing environment experience. Using computer and operating software
(Gage Trak, GMS, etc) maintains accurate calibration program. Interfaces with third party
Calibration Services. Ensures that measuring equipment calibration is performed according to
established procedures. Provides support to Quality Engineering and the Material Review Board
Team. Works independently with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational skills as well as
communication skills and ability to interface with co-workers in a professional manner.
Salary range: $18 +
Assembles wire harnesses, cables, and mechanical assemblies utilizing process and work
instructions. Reads and interprets assembly drawings, parts lists, operation sheets, manufacturing
procedures and visual aids. Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure
quality. Displays the ability to use hand tools; such as screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, nut-drivers, power drivers, etc. Performs visual and dimensional inspections for in-processs assemblies and finished products. Routes, wires, and assembles electronic components using wire layout boards.
Salary range: $16 +
This Consulting position is for an advanced-level auditor who is able to perform in-depth system
and procedural audits. The Consultant should be considered an expert in AS9100 and audit
preparations. The ideal candidate must have manufacturing environment experience as it
relates to AS9100 and experience in leading AS9100 audits. Excellent interpersonal skills are a
must. The candidate should have knowledge of Quality tools (RCCA, APQP, PFMEA, REACH).
Ability to provide a GAP analysis and recommend process improvements.
Produces precisely engineered parts and tools by using computer numerically controlled
equipment. Using computer software programs and blueprints to create operation instructions
for CNC machinery. The Machinist is responsible for making parts that fully meet all required
specifications. This includes setting up equipment, operating the CNC Machine and inspecting
finished parts. Knowledge of Live tooling and dual spindle/dual turret machining. Ability to use
depth micrometers, pitch micrometers, bore gauge, vernier caliper, thread gauges, Johnson
gauge, groove gauge, blade micrometer, height gauge.
