Assembles wire harnesses, cables, and mechanical assemblies utilizing process and work
instructions. Reads and interprets assembly drawings, parts lists, operation sheets,
manufacturing procedures and visual aids. Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness;
monitors own work to ensure quality. Displays the ability to use hand tools; such as
screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, nut-drivers, power drivers, etc. Performs visual and
dimensional inspections for in-processs assemblies and finished products. Routes, wires,
and assembles electronic components using wire layout boards.

Experience in the Aerospace industry. Reviews & analyzes Quality System compliance on a
continual basis. Understands DTMCO programming, setups, troubleshooting failure analysis and
rework plans, mechanical rejection reports, non-conformance evaluations and dispositions.
Responsible for AR evaluations and follow-up assistance, Customer RMA evaluations,
manufacturing improvement. Should be familiar with wire board maintenance support, Work
Instructions & Router Creation and Support, Final Insp & First Article plan creations, facility
equipment analysis support (such as Air Compressor, ESD equip issues, etc.) and Internal Audit

Experienced in preventative maintenance of Tucson facility. Must be familiar with handling
chemicals/hazardous materials and their proper disposal. Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Knowledge and use of power tools. This position also supports the Material Control area.
Candidate will process wire for assemblers, use ID label maker, assist with braid cables/harness
assemblies as needed. Assist with designing boards for cable and harnessing assembly. Assists in

This position is responsible for applying protective coatings and encapsulants to electronic
components and assemblies to ensure their durability and reliability. Utilizing specialized
equipment and materials to pot and encapsulate components, assemblies and ensures that they
meet quality and safety standards. Monitors and controls the curing process to ensure proper
adhesion and quality. Conducts checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specs and
standards. Updates and maintains cure process documentation records. One to two years’
experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Preferably in electronics or aerospace.
Understanding of potting and encapsulation techniques and materials. Full-time position with

Aerospace manufacturing environment experience. Responsible for monitoring and inspecting
cables and wire harnesses in a manufacturing environment to ensure product meets established
quality standards and assembly drawings/work instructions. Performs visual and dimensional
inspection for assemblies and finished products. Inspects products to J-STD001 and IPC-620
requirements as well as other MIL specs that are applicable. Familiarity with commercial
standards, military standards, ISO standards, AS standards, etc..

machining and fabrication/assembly drawings. Will need to inspect production parts and

Knowledge of AS9100 requirements. Familiar with QC inspection equipment such as calipers,
optical comparators, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators, pin gauges, thread gauges, etc.
Ability to inspect to commercial standards, military standards, ISO standards, AS standards, etc.

This Consulting position is for an advanced-level auditor who is able to perform in-depth system
and procedural audits. The Consultant should be considered an expert in AS9100 and audit
preparations. The ideal candidate must have manufacturing environment experience as it
relates to AS9100 and experience in leading AS9100 audits. Excellent interpersonal skills are a
must. The candidate should have knowledge of Quality tools (RCCA, APQP, PFMEA, REACH).
Ability to provide a GAP analysis and recommend process improvements.
