Position Summary:
Assembles wire harnesses, cables, and mechanical assemblies utilizing process and work instructions. Reads and interprets assembly drawings, parts lists, operation sheets, manufacturing procedures and visual aids. Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality. Displays the ability to use hand tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, nut-drivers, power drivers, etc. Performs visual and dimensional inspections for in-process assemblies and finished products. Routes, wires, and assembles electronic components using wire layout boards. Pay: $18.00-$21.00

Experience in the Aerospace industry. Reviews & analyzes Quality System compliance on a continual basis. Develops and maintains the company AS9102 FAI’s and final inspection plans. Manages rejections, RMA’s and associated AR’s. Proactively recommends solutions to inspection tasks to improve our ability to meet customer requirements and provide technical support (ie: Dwg, GDT’s and use of CMM). Ensures monitoring and measuring equipment is calibrated and working correctly. Participates in final acceptance testing and release for shipments of all products. Documentation of results and findings of internal quality audits and/or inspections. Participates in auditing by outside organizations/agencies. Full-time position with vacation, health care, and other benefits including 401K; salary starting at $90K, depending on skills and experience.

Responsible for performing a wide variety of mechanical assembly operations of Hydraulic and Pneumatic valves, which includes skilled hand work. Work is semi-routine in nature, following detailed established processes and procedures. Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and wiring on assembly units. Must have Aerospace experience. Pay: 23.00 -$27.00.

AS9100 certified company seeking a CNC Machinist to produce precise engineered parts and tools by using computer numerically controlled equipment. The Machinist is responsible for making parts that fully meet all required specifications. This includes setting up equipment, operating the CNC Machine and inspecting finished parts. Reports to the Machine Shop Supervisor.
Must have Aerospace experience. Pay: $28.00-$34.00

Responsible for cleaning, maintenance and minor repairs of assigned facility. Has general knowledge of facilities functions including but not limited to electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general maintenance duties. As a Driver, responsible for transporting product from a local location to another. Physical stamina and good upper body strength to lift product, ability to pick up, push or pull 50 to 80 lbs. as needed. Works under the direct supervision of Facilities Supervisor. Full-time position with vacation, health care, and other benefits including 401K; salary range starting at $20/hour, depending on skills and experience.
