QUALITY - To maintain a continual improvement process, throughout our company providing only the highest quality products which meet the cost and delivery needs of our customers.

TERMS & CONDITIONS - In keeping with the Lourdes procedure for Document Control, the company updates its Supply Chain requirements as needed.  Current versions of our requirements are indicated on our purchase orders.  Our suppliers are responsible for checking these current requirements which are listed above.

ITAR & EAR - Lourdes Industries Inc. has integrated its ITAR/EAR compliance program with our AS9100/ISO 9001 Quality System.  As such we control sensitive information internally as required by 22 CFR 120-130 & 15 CFR 730-774.  As stated in our Terms & Conditions, these requirements are flowed down to our supply chain.

CONFLICT MINERALS - Lourdes Industries is committed to the responsible sourcing of minerals through our supply chain. Under the rules of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act we report annually to our customers on our use of conflict minerals (tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold) originating in the Democratic Republic of Congo or other covered countries. As part of this process, we collect and evaluate supplier responses annually to the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT). Lourdes also mandates to our suppliers to be in accordance with our standard terms and conditions and purchase order requirements to comply with any applicable laws and regulations regarding conflict minerals. 

COUNTERFEIT PARTS & MATERIALS - A Counterfeit Part is a product produced or altered to imitate or resemble a product without authority or right to do so, with the intent to mislead or defraud by passing the imitation as original or genuine. Lourdes, as a registered AS 9100 aerospace manufacturer has integrated, into our Quality Management System a Control Plan which consists of the following:

• Comply to SAE Aerospace Standard AS5553: Counterfeit Electronic Components; Avoidance, Detection, Mitigation, and Disposition and SAE Aerospace Standard AS6174: Counterfeit Material; Assuring Acquisition of Authentic and Conforming Material.
• Flow down of vigilance requirements to suppliers (FM-144). Note: Suppliers can access training in Counterfeit Parts Risk Mitigation on the web or by requesting information from Lourdes Industries Inc.

REACH - REACH stands for Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals. Lourdes complies with the responsibilities, as a user, to the regulation of the European Union, adopted to improve the protection of human health and the environment from the risks that can be posed by chemicals, while enhancing the competitiveness of the EU chemicals industry. Lourdes expects its suppliers to also comply with the requirements of the REACH regulations.
